FAQ: WHY CAN I ONLY ACCESS SOME SITES?

Check you are still connected to the internet, flush your browser caches and try to access our website.

If you are only able to access Comcen it is most likley a DNS problem

To configure your DNS settings for windows:

Click on your Start menu, go to Control Panel
In the control panel go into the Network Connections Control Panel icon (this requires you to use classic view)
In network connections double click on the network connection you are using (eg. Local Area Connection 1)
Click on the properties button
In the white box labled: 'This connection uses the following items:' double click on 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)'
Click the button for 'This connection uses the following DNS server addresses'
Type in the following:

Preferred DNS server: 203.23.236.66

Alternate DNS server: 203.23.236.69

Click OK and then Click OK again

You can also try shutting down any firewall/security software you may be running.
Call support if you are still having problems accessing some sites but not others.
