FAQ: WHY ARE MY GAMES LAGGING?

When games perform poorly or 'lag' it is commly due to three main factors:

• Your connection to the internet is slow or erratic

• The server you are playing on is experiencing problems

  The easiest thing you can do to check if this is the case is check what Ping Times other players get, this may also be referred to as 'lag'.

  In this case you best option is to connect to another games server. You can contact support to find out more about game servers we host.

• Your computer does cannot run the game

  Check the minimum requirements of the game, these can usually be found on the game website or on the game packaging.
