FAQ: IS THERE A CONNECTION FEE?

If you already have an active Home Phone service, we will transfer the service, as well as the phone number, over to us at no charge. New home phone connections (that is, you do NOT have a home phone at the moment, but have sockets for a phone) are charged the standard $59 activation fee. If you do not have existing sockets, or it’s a newly built premises, then there will be an additional charge for the work that needs to be done, details can be found here: connection
